Sailing 4 Success

NONSTOP Sail & Lequin Executive Coaching have joined forces to launch a two-day leadership programme with a difference. Business organisations can now participate in a team development and leadership skills building on board yachts, under the expert instruction of both qualified yachtsmen and executive coaches.

The first event took place at Dartmouth on the 19th and 20th September. Future Publishing’s magazines are distributed and marketed through Seymour Distribution, and both are sending key teams to build the bonds between the companies and to develop team members’ leadership skills.

The event will take place on board two Dehler 39 yachts sailing from Dartmouth harbour. Team building and leadership exercises, such as blind navigation, will be supported by be-briefs and coaching exercises on dry land.
