- The morning session consists of a seminar with experiential input
- The afternoon session consist of action learning sets facilitated by a Lequin coach. All learning set sessions have a common thread taking participants on their own personal journey
Module 1: Extreme Communication
Failure to listen is endemic in the workplace. This first module will teach the skill of active listening – listening to truly understand someone and their real issues. It takes real skill, as does the art of communication and language. You’ll learn to listen till your ears squeak!
Module 2: Strategic Thinking
Through helping participants develop new perspectives and challenge their assumptions they’ll learn to think bigger and better. Through creative thinking techniques they’ll look at vision in the context of values, company and individual purpose and planning.
Module 3: Energy and Focus
Module 3 uncovers ‘energy wasters’, helping develop strategies for improving stress management, work-life balance and time management. We’ll cover goal setting, prioritisation and decision making because ultimately, you get what you focus on.
Module 4: Developing others
Helping others develop effectively takes real skill. Through helping participants develop coaching and team development skills, learn how to give effective feedback and manage change they’ll help unlock potential and drive real change in others.
Module 5: Branding and PR
Understanding your personal impact is a key to real leadership. We'll help participants get clear about what they want to be known for they can build gravitas, presence and natural influence in a truly authentic way.
Module 6: Self Belief
Our final module gets to the core of authentic leadership – your inner beliefs. This module is all about understanding different levels of potential, breaking through internal barriers and self-sabotage to create empowering belief blueprints that underpin all lasting change.
