This engaging, highly interactive workshop helps you tap into this 'positive' stress, while providing strategies for dealing with and avoiding excess stress.
Our Stress Management workshop, will help you:
- Through use of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator ®, you'll better understand your own inner needs and stress boundaries
- Become aware of your own “tipping point”, which results in you experiencing excess adverse stress
- Develop strategies for avoiding excess stress, and create the optimum level of stress
- Develop practical techniques to overcome stress for use in the workplace
On completion of this workshop, you’ll have:
- More awareness of what makes you tick, and the obstacles stopping you from performing at your best
- More understanding of others and how your needs and boundaries for stress are similar to or differ from others
- Knowledge of strategies you can take away and use in the workplace
