Payment
The fee for open courses must be paid in full 15 days before the course/workshop/programme begins, or for in-house courses, within 30 days of receipt of invoice. Lequin Training reserves the right to give the course/workshop/programme place to another delegate if the fee(s) isn’t paid on time. Failure to receive the course/workshop/programme fees (in adherence with these terms) will mean Lequin Training reserves the right to request payment on the day of the course.

Late Payment
In the event of late payment, Lequin Training reserves the right to charge interest on all outstanding amounts as laid down in late payment legislation.

Prices
Prices quoted on our website are correct at the date of publication and for 90 days thereafter. Lequin Training reserves the right to adjust these prices in order to meet their true cost outside this period.

Discounted prices
Any discounts offered on Lequin Training courses are entirely exclusive to that course/workshop/programme, and it cannot be combined with another discount.

Change to a delegate details / replacing a delegate
There is no charge if a substitute delegate replaces the original delegate. Just call our Head Office on 01225 338893 and we’ll change the original booking.

Transferring courses
If a delegate wishes to transfer a booking to a later course/ workshop/programme there will be an administrative charge of 20% of the fee if within 15 working days of the original course/workshop/programme date. If this transfer is then cancelled or the delegate fails to attend, the full fee remains payable.

Cancelling courses
All cancellations to bookings must be made more than 15 working days prior to the start of a course/workshop/programme. If a booking is cancelled within the 15 days or if the delegate fails to attend the course, the full course fee must be paid immediately.

Cancellation of courses/workshops/programmes by Lequin Training
Lequin Training reserves the right to cancel a course/workshop/programme at any time without liability. If we do cancel delegates will be offered a full refund, an alternative date or credit note. If a location is changed, again you will be offered a refund, alternative date or credit note if you are unsatisfied with the new venue.

Course notes and training
The course notes and training for Lequin Training courses/workshops/programmes cannot be relied upon for legal interpretation. Neither Lequin Training nor its trainers can accept responsibility for an attending delegate’s actions, or those of other people reading the course notes or interpreting the training in litigation, or responsibility for any loss incurred as a result of relying on the training or the training notes. If in doubt, consult a lawyer.
